We believe in the importance of active engagement in the performing arts for all. Not only does it give you an opportunity to enhance your skills, but it also builds confidence and engenders a sense of community.
Once you have participated in any of our Workshops, you become part of our family. We are building a network of like-minded theatre enthusiasts across Brussels and we invite you to join us.
Our Workshops are open to all to attend, regardless of experience or language-background. Most (but not all!) of our Workshops are currently tailored to those aged 16+.
In order to ensure everyone gets the most out of our Workshops, we do ask for some minimum skill requirements for some of them.
As a rule, a Workshop will run weekly for 5-10 weeks. For all Workshops, except ACT, you will need to commit to attending most of the sessions.
In addition to weekly classes, we also organise a one-week summer course for 10-18-year-olds and occasional Masterclasses. Keep an eye on our newsletter to get the latest!
We have five different types of acting courses. Check out the intro below to see which is right for you or click the image for more info.

Our open-to-all choir gives you then chance to sing some of the best tunes in musical theatre history. While we use sheet music in our sessions, we do not expect everyone to be able to read. We then perfect our songs and take them out to the community to spread joy.
August, one week

For 10-18s who want an intensely fun experience, putting together a musical in one week. Suitable for ages 10 – 18.
Our signature Summer School continues to provide unrepeatable experience for young people and wow their parents. It's not too late to sign up to this year's course!
Our week-long summer workshop in August 2022 offered coaching in acting, singing and dancing to young people aged 10-18. The week was taught by industry professionals and included special workshops on performing techniques, ending with a performance for parents and friends.
The Bridge Theatre provided three scholarships for this workshop, widening access to those who could not otherwise afford to take part.

From September 2021, The Bridge Theatre Workshops began weekly rehearsals for people of all ages, from 10 and above, for our November show – All Together Now! For more over 9 weekends, cast members were immersed in acting, singing and dancing.
The workshop culminated in a show at the Vaudeville Theatre in central Brussels.
We plan to make our Weekend Workshops a permanent fixture in Brussels. The first term ran for 10 weeks.
Everyone participating got expert tuition in acting, singing and dancing. They did not work towards a performance as such but they ended the term with a showcase for friends and family.
