20 two-hour masterclasses in different aspects of acting, from using your voice to working with Shakespeare. Take a tour of some of the greatest influences on modern theatre, led by an eclectic cohort of Brussels' finest theatre practitioners.

Argonne Brussels is conveniently located in a trendy neighbourhood just beyond the Brussels Canal. The studio is just a 7 minute walk from MIMA.
Let our eight theatre professionals guide you through the topics they know best. Each week is a stand alone session, meaning if you have to miss one, there is no need to catch up!
This is a Workshop with flexible attendance. You can choose to sign up to all of them, half of them, or pick-and-choose the individual masterclasses you like the look of.
We want you to feel safe. As such, we ask all participant to wear a mask if its the wish of the majority. We will keep the room well ventilated. By participating in our Workshops you are knowingly taking a risk of infection.

Francesco is an Italian director, playwright, writer and translator. He studied in
Rome (La Sapienza University) and in Venice (IUAV University), with several experiences
abroad (Warwick University, UK among others).
Francesco has been the assistant director of many Italian and international directors such as Massimiliano Farau, Valerio Binasco and Csaba Antal and Declan Donnellan.
Actor, Walker, Pedagogue.
Riccardo was born in Genoa and he graduated at CTA in Milan. He is experienced in multi-acting-techniques: “The Vertical of the Role” Jurij
Al'šic; “Etjud method” Anatolij Vasiliev; and physical theatre. He is the founder of “Spazio Verticale”, playing and facilitating workshops in
Europe, Africa, Asia and Cuba.
Andrew Glover was born in New Zealand and studied drama, dance and singing at the Unitec School of Performing and Screen Arts. Among Andrew's acting credits are Lysander, Demetrius, Oberon and Starveling Midsummer Night’s Dream, Banquo Macbeth, Orlando As you Like It Teiresias in Sophocles Oedipus Rex, various roles in Under Milkwood. Actor The Lower Depths, Doctor Woyzeck.
Billy is a Greek actress, based in Brussels, having graduated in “Theater of Arts, Karolos Koun”. Billy is part of the European Network for improvisers “The SIN”, a member of the European collision for women in improv “Project.Eve”, part of the international troupe “3 Deadly Sinners” and the Impro Duo “BE”. She is also an instructor at “Improbubble”.
Desi graduated from the
Theatre Department of New Bulgarian University. She is experienced in many different acting techniques, such as Stanislavski,
Meisner, Laban, Practical Aesthetics, the Chekhov Approach, Method Acting, Brechtian
Method, Meyerhold, and physical theatre.
Abbie is an actor, stage manager and international drama workshop facilitator from the UK. After graduating with the highest Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, she formed the company Hello Drama, and has facilitated theatre workshops for thousands of students from all over the world.
Henry is an actor who trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He later created the award winning theatre company, Vertical Line Theatre. Alongside numerous national tours, including Blood Brothers, TV and film roles, he writes and directs new work. Now living between Antwerp and London, he recently built spikizi, a global community-led accent and dialect app alongside his acting.
Jonathon has a BA in Theatre/English and trained at The Poor School, London. He has extensive experience as an actor in theatre, TV, film and as a corporate trainer and voice coach. He is also the resident drama teacher at an international school. He has been based in Brussels for more than 20 years.
