Our Teambuilding Workshops offer a bespoke series of practical exercises that will enable your colleagues to feel more at ease with one another and be able to collaborate more effectively. Through playful exercises, derived from improvisation and drama techniques, your colleagues will be able to connect with each other in a more understanding and appreciative manner, which will serve them well in their work. In an atmosphere that is safe and non- judgmental, we plant seeds of smoother cooperation while having fun.
Speak Out
Many of us often struggle to effectively vocalise our thoughts and ideas in the workplace, be it in a team meeting, in a call with external stakeholders or as part of a conference. Our Speak Out training gives you the tools to use the spoken word to deliver maximum impact.
Using techniques that actors deploy to carry the expression of their voice in a theatre, our trainers will guide you and your colleagues through exercises that will open up your voice, get you speaking authoritatively, and enable you to confidently get your point across in any situation.
Stand Up
What would you do if you witnessed harassment in a public space? The vast majority of us do not know how to react when witnessing sexual harassment in public spaces. Yet a few simple techniques can help victims.
This immersive training session, delivered in partnership with another Belgian NGO Touch pas à ma pote, enables participants to learn effective actions against sexual harassment through practical scenarios. Our professional actors not only play out the scenes in front of participants but also integrate participants, enabling them to gain simulated experiences that they can build upon in eventual real-life scenarios.
Be Inclusive
At times, we are all the “odd one out” in a given environment, be it at work or in our social circle. Not knowing the topic of conversation or a given language very well, lacking background knowledge about the context or history of your new environment has left us all at some point feeling a bit vulnerable.
Our BeInclusive training helps teams to
develop interpersonal-communication and support skills to make sure the underrepresented in any given group is heard, included and uplifted. You will get the chance to interact with our professional actors in simulated scenarios that will provide a safe environment to implement newly learned skills.
