Join us for a 10-week exploration of the self designed to help you better connect with yourself and others. Discover various dramatherapy and acting exercises that focus on personal growth rather than performance.
This workshop is open to all aged 18 and over.
For the first time, we are offering a special CONNECT summer intensive.
Join us for this 4-session course, Friday - Sunday 14 Aug - 16 Aug, where we focus on presence, grounding and identity through dramatherapy.
CONNECT Weekend is about presence, grounding and identity. Based on dramatherapy and physical theatre, we'll work on grounding, stage walking, body awareness and connection to space, developing a stronger stage presence, but also on themes such as home, language, and belonging.

Matilda will guide you through ten weeks of exercises that will enable you to go beyond what you thought you could do. She will do this by creating a safe space, where you can connect with others and express yourself freely, without judgment, helping to bridge the gap that connects you with your true potential.

Using classic theatrical techniques, such as improvisation, mask work, active listening, and movement exploration, you will have the opportunity to let go of the confines of your desk and start to feel free and connected with your inner nature, bridging the gap that connects you to your true self.

Please ensure that you are available to attend all of the dates of the Workshops. If you will be absent for two or more sessions, we ask you to wait until next term to register.
We can only confirm your place on receipt of the payment to ensure that the bridge connect for all participants. Places are limited!

Matilda graduated in Economics in Milan and in Management in Lille. She found relief from financial statements and statistics within theatre: in 2018 she took part in the Odin Teatret's OWF in Hostelbro (DK), and in 2019 she attended the Theatrical Biomechanics workshop with M° Bogdanov at MTTM. Since 2020, she has been attending the Association Politeama's three-year course in drama-therapy to become a specialised art-therapist. Matilda believes that art can be the bridge to connect emotions and healing. She has been based in Brussels since 2022 and loves to play the ukulele.
