There are three different ways to get involved, depending on the time you have available and your stage in life.
1. Traineeship
As a Trainee, you will be working directly with our core team, to help create and develop the various work strands of The Bridge. This is your chance to get first-hand experience of an early-stage creative organisation and make a real impact over the organisation. Prepare to be stretched.
We are now looking for a motivated, organised, and creative person who can commit to at least 2-months.
- We accept applicants from all over Europe thanks to Erasmus+
- You can do your Citizen Service with us! Citizen Service allows young people living in Belgium to help society, while gaining work experience, getting some training and earning a small living contribution.
2. One-Off / Short Term Help
Discover the behind-the-scenes of theatre by helping us with low-commitment tasks. Give us a hand with tasks like handing out flyers for our next production, assisting with our front of house or helping to build our next set.
3. Join the team!
The Bridge Productions ASBL is a not-for-profit, established in February 2021. The organisation is currently run and managed by volunteers.
Building a theatre requires diverse skills and lots of manpower and we're always looking to grow the team. Do you want to make your mark on Brussels' cultural landscape? We are looking for motivated, organised and creative people who are interested in a long-term engagement.
