The Bridge Productions is a not-for-profit, established in February 2021. The organisation is managed by Edward McMillan and Éva Kamarás and is run by volunteers, with the assistance of expert advisors. Our creative teams and instructors are paid on a project basis.

Edward is the founding visionary for this project. He is a trained actor and singer and worked in UK theatre between 2009 and 2013, performing in UK tours, regional theatres and on cruise ships. Whilst in London, he produced and directed productions Crazy For You at the Bloomsbury Theatre and Spring Awakening at the Garage Theatre. He has maintained close links with UK creatives in the theatre industry. In addition to his professional experiences in theatre, Edward has prior experience as a business owner; for five years, he ran McMillan Music, a boutique tuition agency for music lessons based in London.
A native Brit, Edward has also lived in Germany and Russia. Edward moved to Brussels five years ago to work with the European Commission. He left Brussels in 2017 to work as a diplomat in Jerusalem. The idea for The Bridge came to him while on this posting and he was excited to return to Brussels in September 2020 to put his ideas into action.
On top of his literature-focused BA in German and Russian, Edward has an MA in Musical Theatre, an MSc in International Relations and an EMBA from Quantic School of Business.

Ofri is a professional opera singer devoted to his love for the performing arts both on and off the stage.
Born and raised in Israel, Ofri has a BA in classical vocal performance from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance and has performed in different productions in Israel and in Europe. Ofri has worked in sales development and procurement for small scale startups before focusing on communications.
Since moving to Brussels in 2020, Ofri has been amazed by the city's social and cultural diversity and is thrilled to support The Bridge Theatre's efforts to bring people together.

Beth is a career stage manager and director with a love for theatrical illusion.
She has worked for opera houses and symphonies in the US and Europe, taught masterclasses in South America, and provided administrative support in the Middle East.
Born in the US, Beth has lived in five countries and speaks six languages. After moving to Brussels she joined The Bridge Theatre team to support the efforts to bring people together, to entertain, to challenge.
