Creative Assistant Trainee
The Bridge has a vacancy for creative assistant trainee supporting the organisation’s work regarding relevant tasks to start from 1 October 2024.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual (f/m/x), aligned with the mission and objectives of The Bridge, having:
- an interest in the performing arts and/or setting up and running a business in the creative sector
- written and oral fluency in English
- availability of at least 21 hours per week for min. 3 months (longer period possible based on mutual agreement)
- ease of working with digital tools for team collaboration, editing texts and visuals
We offer:

- opportunity to learn directly from the founders and have an impact on the day-to-day work of the organisation
- a comfortable office space in St Gilles
- a flexible schedule to be able to also go to classes, including possibility to work weekends and evenings
- opportunity to participate free of charge in any of our events and classes
Tasks:
- organising and ensuring logistical aspects of our productions and workshops, incuding. liaising with participants before, during and after our events (on site and remote)
- communications, and admin
- taking pictures and videos at our events
- back office tasks linked to workshops
- help with communication incl. flyering/postering
- assisting with the production of comms materials

Partnership and Fundraising Trainee
The Bridge has a vacancy for partnership and fundraising trainee supporting the organisation’s work regarding relevant tasks to start from 1 October 2024.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual (f/m/x) aligned with the mission and objectives of The Bridge, having:
- interest in running a business in the creative sector
- written and oral fluency in English indispensable, fluency in French and Dutch is an asset
- availability of at least 21 days per week for min. 3 months (longer period possible based on mutual agreement)
- ease of working with digital tools for team collaboration, editing texts and visuals
We offer:
