Play in a Day
Your team spends most of its time in meetings, documents, and processes. When do they get to be truly creative together?
Play in a Day is exactly what it sounds like: your team writes a complete play, rehearses it, and performs it — all in a single day.
Guided by our professional actors, participants collaborate to create an original script from start to finish. Then they stage and rehearse it with expert support before performing it that very evening for family, friends, or colleagues. It's fast-paced, creative, hilarious, and unlike anything your team has done before.
Ensemble Making
Your team collaborates on projects, attends the same meetings, shares the same space, yet something's missing. People know their colleagues' job titles, but not how they think or what they truly value. And that gap is where real collaboration breaks down.
Ensemble Making is a half-day or full-day retreat designed to help your team truly see one another. Through carefully designed activities, participants practise new forms of collaboration, deepen their awareness of the people around them, and discover what they genuinely appreciate in each other.

SpeakOut gives participants the tools to use the spoken word to deliver maximum impact. Drawing on techniques used by professional actors, our trainers guide participants through exercises that open up their voice, build authority, and help them communicate with confidence in any situation.
StandUp Against Harassment
Delivered in partnership with the non-profit Touche pas à ma pote, this training prepares participants to act effectively when witnessing sexual harassment in public spaces. Through live scenarios with our actors, participants gain the simulated experience they need to respond with confidence when it matters.
Giving Feedback
Giving effective feedback is both an art and a skill, and when done well, it unlocks growth, motivation, and trust in the workplace.
In this hands-on training, participants practise giving and receiving feedback across a range of scenarios based in your reality with our professional actors. Whether it’s a difficult conversation with a team member, addressing underperformance, or acknowledging great work, participants explore how to stay clear, respectful, and impactful, even under pressure.
Microaggressions
Microaggressions are often unintentional, which makes them hard to recognise and even harder to address. This training creates a space for mutual understanding, where the whole team can explore the nature and dynamics of microaggressions together. Drawing on the basics of non-violent communication, participants practise through live scenarios how bystanders and those targeted can respond, building the awareness and tools needed for a truly inclusive and collaborative work culture.
