Staff Retreats
Bring your team to our dedicated Studio space in St Gilles where we offer Staff Retreats. During half a day or longer, our actors will lead your team through a bespoke series of practical exercises that will enable your colleagues to feel more at ease with one another and be able to collaborate more effectively. Through playful exercises, derived from improvisation and drama techniques, your colleagues will be able to connect with each other in a more understanding and appreciative manner. In an atmosphere that is safe and non- judgmental, we plant seeds of smoother cooperation while having fun.
SpeakOut
Our SpeakOut training gives you the tools to use the spoken word to deliver maximum impact. Using techniques that actors deploy to carry the expression of their voice, our trainers guide participants through exercises that will open up their voice, get them speaking authoritatively, and hence allow them to confidently get their point across in any situation.
ManagerLab
The ManagerLab allows participants to practise targeted scenarios developed specifically for their line of work, tackling the most common challenges of middle and senior managers, such as:
- giving feedback
- motivating and inspiring
- leading effectively a diverse team
StandUp Against Harassment
Delivered in partnership with the non-profit Touche pas à ma pote, this training enables participants to learn effective actions for how to react when witnessing sexual harassment in public spaces through practical scenarios. Participants jump into the scenarios with our actors, enabling them to gain simulated experiences that they can draw from when confront with harassment in real life.
Microaggressions
Microaggressions are often done with no bad intentions but they can have a significant impact on the wellbeing of the person receiving them and the atmosphere in the workplace. This training aims to create a space for listening, mutual understanding, improvisation and leaning into discomfort together, with a view to shaping an inclusive and collaborative work culture. With mutual respect for the comments and views of all, we address the basics of non-violent communication and a short introduction on the nature and dynamics of microaggressions; focus mainly on what bystanders (and the person targeted by the comment) can do.
