Ensemble Making
Your team collaborates on projects, attends the same meetings, shares the same space—yet something's missing. People know their colleagues' job titles, but not how they think, what drives them, or what they truly value. Surface-level familiarity prevents the deeper trust that real collaboration requires.
Ensemble Making is a half-day or full-day retreat designed to help your team truly see one another. Through carefully designed activities, participants develop awareness of those around them, practice collaboration through varied forms of communication, and learn to acknowledge and appreciate what they value in one another.

Play in a Day
Traditional team-building rarely taps into true creativity or gives teams the thrill of creating something together from scratch. And most activities don't end with something tangible that everyone can celebrate.
Play in a Day is exactly what it sounds like: your team writes a complete play, rehearses it, and performs it—all in a single day.
Guided by our professional actors, participants collaborate to create an original script from start to finish. Then they stage and rehearse it with expert support before performing it that very evening for family, friends, or colleagues. It's fast-paced, creative, hilarious, and unlike anything your team has done before.
SpeakOut
Our SpeakOut training gives you the tools to use the spoken word to deliver maximum impact. Using techniques that actors deploy to carry the expression of their voice, our trainers guide participants through exercises that will open up their voice, get them speaking authoritatively, and hence allow them to confidently get their point across in any situation.
StandUp Against Harassment
Delivered in partnership with the non-profit Touche pas à ma pote, this training enables participants to learn effective actions for how to react when witnessing sexual harassment in public spaces through practical scenarios. Participants jump into the scenarios with our actors, enabling them to gain simulated experiences that they can draw from when confront with harassment in real life.
Giving Feedback
Giving effective feedback is both an art and a skill — and when done well, it unlocks growth, motivation, and trust in the workplace.
In this hands-on training, participants practise giving and receiving feedback across a range of scenarios based in your reality with our professional actors. Whether it’s a difficult conversation with a team member, addressing underperformance, or acknowledging great work, participants explore how to stay clear, respectful, and impactful — even under pressure.
Microaggressions
Microaggressions are often done with no bad intentions but they can have a significant impact on the wellbeing of the person receiving them and the atmosphere in the workplace. This training aims to create a space for listening, mutual understanding, improvisation and leaning into discomfort together, with a view to shaping an inclusive and collaborative work culture. With mutual respect for the comments and views of all, we address the basics of non-violent communication and a short introduction on the nature and dynamics of microaggressions; focus mainly on what bystanders (and the person targeted by the comment) can do.

Influencing decision-makers isn’t just about having the right message — it's about delivering it in the right way.
In this immersive training, participants engage in lifelike simulations where they practise lobbying stakeholders who are relevant to your context. With live feedback from trainers and actors, they’ll refine their ability to speak with clarity, adapt to different personalities and power dynamics, and maintain their composure in high-pressure moments.
