Matilda will guide you through ten weeks of exercises that will enable you go beyond what your thought you could do. She will do this by creating a safe space, where you are free to express yourself and connect with others without judgement.
Using classic theatrical techniques, such as improvisation, mask work, active listening, and movement exploration, you will have the opportunity to let go of the confines of your desk and start to feel free and connected with inner nature.
