We open courses based on demand and space availability. Please fill out the short form linked below to let us know if you are interested in starting a course in January. Please note that the booking page will say that the course is sold out - this is not the case, rather the opposite: we are yet to put them on sale.
Who ?
We will gather a group of up to 18 people for a course of up to 30 weeks in which you will develop your skills. We have different levels depending on your experience. Minimum commitment is 10 weeks at a time and you must agree to be able to attend at least 8 sessions in a 10 week Module.
Where ?
The Bridge Theatre Studio, Chaussee de Forest 83, St Gilles.
Please note, there are stairs to enter the venue and it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
When ?
Each 30-week course is divided in three 10-week MODULES, with start dates in September, January and April. Please see the dates below for more details.
What ?
A holistic course, led by our professional actors, that will enable you to explore your on-stage creativity in a safe and supportive environment.
The first 10 weeks (MODULE 1) is focused on technique.
The second 10 weeks (MODULE 2) is focused on performance preparation.
The final 10 weeks (MODULE 3) focuses on rehearsals for a showcase performance in ZINNEMA.
How Much ?
€340 for each ten-week term.
€816 for the full 30 weeks (*SAVE 20%*)

MODULE 1 lasts ten weeks and will focus on developing your technique and actor's toolbox. You will explore different techniques, delve into some text work and end the term performing to your fellow coursemates.
MODULE 1 start dates: September, January, April, according to demand.
During MODULE 2, you will continue exploring and expanding your toolbox, culminating in a short performance to an invited audience.
MODULE 2 start dates: January and April, according to demand. You must have completed MODULE 1 in the respective Level in order to participate.
The focus of MODULE 3 will be rehearsals for our community end-of-year showcase, which will take place on 21/22 June 2025 at ZINNEMA in Anderlecht.
MODULE 3 start dates: April. You must have completed MODULE 2 in the respective Level in order to participate.
You will place yourself in a Level by self-assessment.
We have set some minimum requirements in order to help you place yourself in the correct Level.

BEGINNER:
No requirements
ELEMENTARY:
Must be comfortable acting in front of others
INTERMEDIATE:
Must have experience of character analysis and physical theatre
ADVANCED:
Must have experience of monologues and performing in a full play to a paying audience
MASTER (not yet available):
Must have experience with Shakespeare and have performed a character with lines in a full play to a paying audience
Henry trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London.
Theatre credits include: Blood Brothers, A Doll’s House (UK and IRE Tours), The Dumb Waiter, Superhero Snail Boy, Macbeth, Take Two Every Four Hours (UK Tours), Henry V (UK Open Air Tour), Jack V Giant (Polka Theatre), Grimm Christmas (The Barbican, Plymouth), Fear in a Handful of Dust (COGARTSpace), Prometheus Bound (The White Bear), Henry V & The Revenger’s Tragedy (Old Red Lion).
TV/Film credits include: Single Salma, Plunge, Blood on Satan’s Paw, Maestra, The Secret Path, Deep Cuts, The Room in the Tower, Incendiary & Bearable.
Desi graduated from the Theatre Department of New Bulgarian University. She is experienced in many different acting techniques, such as Stanislavski,
Meisner, Laban, Practical Aesthetics, the Chekhov Approach, Method Acting, Brechtian
Method, Meyerhold, and physical theatre.
Flora is a British-Flemish theatre maker, performer and playwright. She is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and the Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema and Sound (RITCS) in Brussels. She has worked as an actor for several Flemish theatre companies, including Toneelhuis and NTGent, as well as performing her own work.
Originally from Madrid, Miryam has spent the last 10+ years living in Spain, Norway, Paris and now, Brussels. She’s trained and performed in all those countries in different techniques and styles, which has greatly enriched her approach to acting. Miryam believes in a wholesome approach to acting where the technique should always work for the actor and not the other way around.
