In performance—and in life—soft skills are often just as important as technical ability. Skills like communication, teamwork, adaptability, and emotional awareness shape how we connect with others and carry ourselves.
Building on each week’s focus, you’ll take part in practical exercises that invite you to apply these skills with awareness—adapting how you listen, collaborate, and express yourself in ways that are responsive to different group dynamics and real-life situations.
Through ongoing practice, reflection, and shared experience in a fun and supportive environment, you will develop a deeper awareness of these skills and how they can support you in your everyday life.
Develop tools for emotional awareness and self-management through embodied practices,
enabling calm, focus, and resilience in various situations.
Explore techniques to enhance authentic expression and active listening through individual and
group exercises, fostering deeper connections with yourself and others.
Experience interactive exercises that build trust, cooperation, and effective group dynamics,
emphasizing shared goals and mutual support.
Discover personal leadership styles by practicing presence, decision-making, and inspiring
collaboration within a supportive group setting.
Engage in playful and embodied practices that unlock imagination and encourage flexible
thinking, helping you approach challenges with fresh perspectives.
Please ensure that you are available to attend all of the dates of the Workshops. If you will be absent for one or more sessions, we ask you to wait until next term to register.
