Unique opportunities for corporates and individuals

Supporting The Bridge

The Bridge , a nonprofit, is now looking to raise €810,000 for its first year of operations. It will do this by building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with a wide variety of actors.

There are a number of ways to partner with The Bridge. You can browse our menu below to see which option is right for you.

In order to launch, we need your help!

Creating theatre entails large upfront costs and high front-end investment

Theatre-making is incredibly capital-intensive. We need to pay the actors, creative teams, venues, licensing, insurance, and overheads all before we begin generating revenue from sales.

Moreover, apart from creating new productions, we are also seeking to convert an iconic location in Brussels into a home for English-language theatre. Your support will enable us to begin the necessary work and would enable us to provide year-round English-language theatre by 2023.

We are already creating community participation opportunities

We began activities with our workshop for teenagers in August 2021. This was closely followed by a nine-week community participation workshop for all ages this autumn, culminating in a show at the Theatre du Vaudeville. In addition, our first professional production premiered on 20 October 2021.

Through these first activities, we are seeking to prove our hypothesis that English-language theatre and community performing arts activities are a true added value for Brussels with a commercially viable future.
